Scott Marshall was born and raised in the Central Okanagan and is part of the 5th generation of his family to live in the beautiful Okanagan valley.
The Marshall family has a proud history in real estate and farming dating back to 1911; Scott knows the area like the back of his hand and every possible detail that is relevant to a potential transaction in the Okanagan. Meanwhile, the Thorlakson side of the family dates back even further into the 1800s with a proud history of ranching and lumber.
Growing up in a household with parents working in the Okanagan Real Estate market, Scott developed a passion for the rapidly-evolving industry. His father, Lance, was a very successful agent for over 20 years in the Okanagan Valley. After spending his childhood in Lake Country, Scott moved to Vancouver to attain his Bachelors of Commerce degree from UBC, the #1 Ranked Canadian business school, obtaining a double specialization in both Real Estate & Finance. Along with his formal education specializing in real estate, Scott has relevant experience with the Commercial Real Estate Development Association in Vancouver, and as a manager at the largest cherry operation in Canada.
Career
After completing his four years of formal real estate education and starting his career as a fully licensed REALTOR®, Scott quickly obtained his trading services license in additional to his broker’s license.
After 8 years at a large international real estate company, achieving the top sales position out of its 200+ agents locally and #2 in sales for British Columbia, Scott transitioned to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada.
A large percentage of his business comes through repeat business and the referrals of satisfied clients. This is due to a high level of detail, accuracy and professionalism that is maintained while assessing and assisting clients with their real estate needs.
Scott also publishes several industry reports, including “The Marshall Acreage Report”, a 60+ page magazine that is distributed to over 10,000 households every quarter. After achieving his individual success, Scott created The Scott Marshall Group, a sophisticated group of high-producing agents at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada with their office in Kelowna, BC.

Cole Young

Cole Young was born and raised in the Central Okanagan, with the exception of five formative years spent in Singapore. This international experience provided Cole with a unique global perspective and invaluable life experiences, enriching his understanding of diverse cultures and markets.
With a strong academic foundation, Cole holds a Finance Degree from Okanagan College. He initially ventured into investment banking, where he honed his financial acumen. Additionally, Cole is equipped with a mortgage broker license and a real estate license, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in the real estate sector.
His commitment to the industry is underpinned by a deep understanding of finance and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
Outside of work, Cole is an aviator, holding a private pilot license (PPL), which speaks to his love for adventure and precision. With a blend of local knowledge, international experience, and a robust financial background, Cole Young is dedicated to providing exceptional service and insights to clients in the Kelowna real estate market.
Natalie Reichert
REALTOR®
Natalie Reichert, a Kwantlen Polytechnic University graduate, brings a grounded perspective to her real estate career. Raised in Langley after her family’s move from Manitoba, Natalie values both rural tranquility and urban vibrancy.
Her passion for traveling grew after Natalie lived in Shanghai as a model at a young age, opening her eyes to the diverse cultures, architectural styles and understanding of global real estate trends.
Natalie resides happily in her community, Glenmore, with her husband Jakob and golden retriever Nora. They often enjoy hiking nearby at Knox Mountain or playing tennis or pickleball at the local courts.
She prioritizes integrity and professionalism, ensuring each transaction has her sharp attention to detail and is tailored to each individual’s needs. Natalie’s primary goal in real estate is to empower her clients by providing personalized guidance and support, ensuring they make informed decisions that align perfectly with their unique needs and aspirations.
Brian O’Rafferty

Brian O’Rafferty brings a unique combination of skills to the Scott Marshall Group, with a background as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Engineer, and REALTOR®. Brian’s expertise in financial analysis gives him a distinct edge in navigating complex real estate transactions, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
Brian’s global experience extends to the Cayman Islands, where he worked with hedge funds and private equity firms. This international exposure and in-depth financial knowledge allow him to provide his clients with a strategic approach to identifying opportunities in the real estate market, particularly in high-value and complex transactions.
A proud resident of Summerland, Brian enjoys the lifestyle that the Okanagan offers, from its world-class golf courses to its family-friendly community atmosphere. When he’s not assisting clients, Brian can be found on the golf course or spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.

Rebekah Dingwall
Marketing Director
Rebekah Dingwall was born and raised in Kelowna and earned her BBA in Marketing from Okanagan College where she demonstrated exceptional academic achievement. She was awarded the Governor General’s Medal for attaining the highest academic standing among all students in a four-year bachelor’s program at the college.
Rebekah discovered her passion for marketing through her participation in several National and International business competitions where she gained global marketing perspectives from industry leaders who put her critical and creative marketing skills to the test.
Previously, Rebekah was President of a local non-profit organization dedicated to developing entrepreneurial leaders while creating sustainable impacts in local communities. From this, she brings a unique skillset and experiences to the Scott Marshall Group to elevate client experiences.
As the Marketing Director for the Scott Marshall Group, Rebekah works closely with the team to create a positive experience for clients when marketing their properties. She is dedicated to accelerating the Scott Marshall Group’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across the Okanagan and beyond.
Danielle Barron

Danielle Barron brings a wealth of experience to our team with her extensive background in real estate sales support. Over the years, Danielle has played a pivotal role in managing listings, coordinating transactions, and fostering client relationships. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that each listing is presented at its best, and her exceptional organizational skills keep the entire sales process running smoothly from start to finish.
